Who Are We?

Zehrco-Giancola Composites, Inc., together with GMR Technology, Inc., is a privately owned, ISO 9001:2015 certified custom manufacturer specializing in thermoset composites and thermoplastic components.

Founded in 1984 and built through strategic growth and acquisition, our organization now operates nine facilities across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Mississippi. We combine deep material expertise with advanced molding technologies to produce high-performance components for demanding industries including automotive, electrical, defense, medical, and heavy equipment.

Our strength lies in our ability to deliver precision-molded thermoset and thermoplastic parts, supported by in-house engineering, compounding, machining, painting, and value-added assembly. From concept development through full-scale production, we provide the technical guidance and manufacturing discipline required for consistent, high-quality results.

Our History

1984

GMR was founded by Giancola, Marino, and Rossi, establishing a foundation in custom molding and material expertise

Ralph and Tony Giancola assume full ownership and expand operational capabilities.

1990

2003–2019

Strategic acquisitions expand thermoset and thermoplastic manufacturing capabilities, adding specialized facilities in injection molding, compression molding, insert molding, thermoplastic processing, and material technology

Over 170 injection and compression molding presses.
Part sizes ranging from 3 grams to over 200 pounds.
